Hello & Welcome!

I’m Kori, a Mom, Registered Dietitian, Culinary Facilitator, and Farm Builder.

I have been navigating my way through a world full of gluten for well over a decade. I devoted years of time and attention to learning to live in the life’s moments without being afraid of being held back by health complications. Through the years, I have developed a great appreciation and understanding of all things food and nutrition. As a registered dietitian with multiple autoimmune diseases, I recognize the connection and nuances of food and health from both a personal and a healthcare perspective.

As an autoimmune warrior, I understand just how frustrating and difficult it is when you’re just trying to survive through one day, what it’s like to stand in a grocery store and feel overwhelmed, and the anxiety of trying to feed yourself while navigating your way through the kitchen. As one human to another, I recognize that each of us is doing our best, and each person is uniquely individual in every way from circumstances, culture, and needs. Building a sustainable lifestyle starts with understanding our own roots and differences and won’t ever meet a one-size-fits-all health plan. My goal is to guide you through your individual questions, fears, and accomplishments with all things food- and nutrition-related information.

My Philosophy

There is no one-size-fits-all model in health, nutrition, or with food. We create connections, celebrate, and honor our cultures with food, and eating well should not leave you unsatisfied and hungry. Most of all, food and eating should not be based on fear.

“Even in the simplest form, food not only has the ability to nourish the body, but it nourishes the soul. It has the power to bring people together, dissolve walls, and bridge connection!”

- Kori, RD
